Set up in 1956 by jrd tata, tas is the tata group’s flagship leadership development programme. The tas in-house journey began in december 2025, with registrations opening in january-february 2026. Our team visits select business schools in india for a comprehensive campus hiring process that includes a summer internship, tas finals/laterals as well as pre-placement talks and competitions.
Tas in-house is open only to employees on permanent rolls of tata group companies and tata joint venture companies (excluding employees on jv partner rolls).
